How to buy our products.

 

When you decide to purchase one or more of our products, for most of them it is possible to do so online, if there is Add to Cart or Purchase … button on the product page.

If the product page does not have an Add to Cart or Purchase … button, then please contact us for a quote. In most product pages you should find special request form to capture all information required to determine what edition / model of the product would be best suitable for your specific project use case. We will repsond within one business day.

Then you can revise the quote, and send us purchase order.

In response, for our own software products we will send license keys right away, with instructions how to download, deploy and activate the product, among with the invoice, typically with one week payment term.

For hardware products as well as for our partners’ products we will send the invoice, for pre-payment. The product will be shipped after receiving of the payment.

Invoices can be paid either by wire transfer or by credit card.
